Message from developer: The LinkUp app does not save any personal information to an external database of any kind, all location data is stored locally and never leaves the app unless to push the location information to apple's maps app when showing the exercise pin location.

We do not collect any personal information from your use of our apps.

If we have any of your personal information

we will not knowingly sell or give it to anyone, except if lawfully subpoenaed

to produce it, and then only after offering you a reasonable chance

to challenge such subpoena if allowed by law.

Standard terms of use apply to your use of all of our apps.

Further, you agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from

any liability associated with your use of any of our apps and to

immediately stop using our apps upon any notice that

such use may be considered an infringing act. In no event will our

liability to you exceed the amount you have paid for our apps and any In App

Purchases made within our apps.

The purpose of this app is to allow people to abide by the current laws enforced by government and meet up for exercise. This app is not intended for unlawful use and the developer will hold no responsibility if users do so. This app is intended to be used as a guide of where to exercise and the developer will not be responsible for misuse. The developer in no way holds responsibility if a user attempts to use the app as evidence, it is at the law enforcement officers discretion if they think a person is out of their 5km radius.
